About Us
Established in 2019 by producer Alvydas Kaškonas and writer-director Laura Kazbaraite, FEEL REEL is an independent film production company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We strive to create captivating narratives, socially conscious documentaries and inspiring TV content. We also focus on providing services to the global filmmaking community and would happily consider being your co-production partners.

Alvydas Kaškonas

Alvydas Kaškonas is a Lithuanian producer with over 15 years of experience in television and film. Throughout his career, he has worked as a project manager and producer on more than ten seasons of various scripted TV series and a wide range of television shows for Lithuania’s major broadcasters.
While actively working in television, he remained involved in cinema, contributing to film productions as a location manager, assistant director and eventually producer. For two years, he led the video department at 15min, one of Lithuania’s largest news portals.
In 2019, after co-founding the video production company FEEL REEL, he continued working in television and film production, focusing on bringing compelling stories to life across various formats.

Laura KazbaraitÄ—

Laura KazbaraitÄ— is a Lithuanian director, screenwriter and editor working across fiction, documentary and television. She holds a Master’s degree in Semiotics from Vilnius University and a Certificate Diploma in Filmmaking from the London Film Academy.

Her directing portfolio spans from narrative shorts and TV shows to music videos, produced in Lithuania, UK and Finland. Laura’s work is driven by a sharp eye for social dilemmas and a deep interest in the emotional and psychological undercurrents that shape human behavior. Her storytelling often navigates the blurred lines between the personal and the political, the intimate and the systemic, blending cinematic sensitivity with dramaturgical insight.

Laura’s television projects - including prime-time shows, multi-episode comedy and thriller series - have aired on national broadcaster LRT, LRT Plius as well as commercial channels LNK and BTV. Her music videos were nominated at the Lithuanian National Radio and Television awards “KlipVid”, her fiction films have screened at Vilnius International Film Festival, Cannes Short Film Corner, etc. As a co-founder of Feel Reel, Laura nurtures a strong creative spirit within the company, leading with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to uplifting the talents around her.
